Role Responsibilities:
- Calculate and track monthly incentives for SDRs and AEs, ensuring alignment with compensation plans and maintaining accurate payout trackers.
- Own outbound performance reporting with dashboards in HubSpot and Sheets, delivering weekly insights and trend analysis for leadership.
- Monitor email deliverability metrics and domain health, proactively resolving issues related to spam flags and authentication.
Skills and Experience:
- Bring 2–4 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations within a SaaS environment, with direct experience supporting an outbound team.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with incentive calculations, HubSpot reporting, and managing sales tech stacks including sequencing and dialer platforms.
- Possess high attention to detail, structured communication skills, and a process-driven mindset suited for a fast-moving operational role.
