Manager, Client Delivery - Revenue Cycle

Key Responsibilities:

• Own operational alignment for client accounts, developing deep knowledge of contracts, SLAs, and workflows, and translating performance data into meaningful narratives.
• Proactively identify trends and risks, lead root cause analysis, and develop outcome-oriented action plans with defined ownership and follow-up.
• Exercise sound judgment in escalating issues with clear context and recommended paths forward.

Client Engagement:

• Own preparation and facilitation of monthly operational reviews and recurring client touchpoints, tailoring materials to client priorities.
• Lead client discussions with professionalism and a consultative presence, documenting meeting outcomes and ensuring clear follow-through.
• Serve as a consistent operational presence, partnering with Revenue Services and coordinating across Client Success, Implementation, and Technology teams.

Operational Alignment and Internal Coordination:

• Advocate for client needs while balancing enterprise standards and scalability, ensuring accurate documentation in CRM and internal systems.
• Apply Client Alignment methodologies consistently, identify systemic issues across the portfolio, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding and knowledge transfer for new team members as needed.
