Director of Total Rewards

The Director, Total Rewards is both a strategic and operational leader of Arizona College of Nursing’s total rewards, benefits and payroll programs. Reporting to the VP of HR, you will work closely with the HR team to implement total rewards and benefit strategies to drive attraction and retention of talent across The College. You will have excellent working knowledge of HRIS systems, and how these strategies can be adapted inside of those systems. Your keen attention to detail and process will be utilized to create HR data dashboards, and provide visibility and recommendations our business partners to enable data driven decision making. The successful candidate will have 7+ years in Human Resources, Total Rewards or HR Operations with a focus on strategic creation of job architecture and compensation structure, and benefits strategy aligned to organizational strategies. This person will also possess 3+ years of leadership within one or more of those disciplines. This person possesses excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and the ability to build and lead high performing teams.
