Job Description
The People Team Data Scientist will transform data into actionable insights through advanced reporting and analytics using the People Team tech stack and Dataiku Data Science Solution (DSS) platform. This role involves collaborating with internal functions within the People Team and with the broader Enterprise Data, Finance, and Platform Strategy teams to enhance decision-making processes, optimize employee engagement, and drive strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include defining the People Team Data problem statement, partnering with the Enterprise Data and Analytics Team Center of Excellence to build a People Team Data Governance Model, structuring access to visualization outputs, auditing People Data, understanding Data Workflows, and building a Data Dictionary. The role also includes using DSS for exploration, analysis, trends, patterns, actions, predictive modeling, stakeholder engagement, and maximizing GenAI capabilities.
