Administer, develop, and maintain IT systems supporting the acquisition, storage, management, and movement of VA program data across organizational boundaries.
Evaluate current IT environments and recommend scalable solutions, including web-based portal designs and operational system enhancements.
Design and enforce data governance policies to ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with federal requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in IT, data management, or systems administration (or 7 years in lieu of BA/BS).
BA/BS degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; prior experience supporting federal agency clients is strongly preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; this position does not offer visa sponsorship.
