Director (Logistics) Operations

As the Director (Logistics) Operations for our main distribution centre in Sevenum, you will spearhead our biggest logistics operations. This isn’t just a role—it’s your opportunity to redefine what operational excellence looks like. With responsibility for a team of over 1,100 employees, you will lead with purpose, innovate with precision, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will set the standard for success in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You will lead and mentor a diverse team of over 1,100 employees, including department leads, shift managers, team leaders, and operational staff, fostering growth and development at every level. Furthermore, you will plan and coordinate staffing requirements, set productivity targets, and ensure their achievement through close collaboration with department leads and their teams. Also, you will conduct thorough analyses of logistics workflows, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SLAs, turnaround times, and cost per order, and drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency.
