About the Role:

  • Play a critical role in driving Keeper Security’s MSP channel growth within the assigned territory.
  • Focus on new partner development, inbound lead qualification, and revenue expansion within small-to-midsized MSP accounts.
  • Work closely with an MSP Account Manager to ensure comprehensive territory coverage, exceptional partner support, and consistent pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day partner requests for pricing, training, and renewals while identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities
  • Work in tandem with the ISR 2 to transition growing accounts to strategic management while maintaining territory continuity
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and reporting tools to maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, channel development, or B2B SaaS sales
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ambition to grow into a senior sales or strategic account role within Keeper’s MSP organization
