About the Role:
- Play a critical role in driving Keeper Security’s MSP channel growth within the assigned territory.
- Focus on new partner development, inbound lead qualification, and revenue expansion within small-to-midsized MSP accounts.
- Work closely with an MSP Account Manager to ensure comprehensive territory coverage, exceptional partner support, and consistent pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day partner requests for pricing, training, and renewals while identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities
- Work in tandem with the ISR 2 to transition growing accounts to strategic management while maintaining territory continuity
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and reporting tools to maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, channel development, or B2B SaaS sales
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ambition to grow into a senior sales or strategic account role within Keeper’s MSP organization
