Associate Sales Manager

The Associate Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales and supporting various sales channels within the organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can align with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), support enterprise-level engagements, and manage reseller accounts for support and onboarding. The successful candidate will lead specific channel accounts, develop an operating model for daily interactions with RSMs, manage opportunities, provide accurate forecasts, and ensure the successful closing and quoting of opportunities. Align with RSMs in the field, collaborate closely with RSMs in your assigned regions to understand channel needs and align sales strategies accordingly. Maintain regular communication with RSMs to ensure alignment of sales goals and customer requirements. Support the Management of Reseller Accounts Assist the Regional Sales Managers with specific channel accounts, driving sales activities and ensuring targets are set and met. Build strong relationships with channel partners to foster long-term collaboration. Ensure all sellers know and understand Genea and our core value propositions. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual individual sales targets; as well as support the broader enterprise Security sales team with meeting its overall sales targets
