- Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment.
- Focuses on quality of opportunities and growth goals.
SDR Education:
- Works with enablement teams to educate members of the SDR org.
- Provides coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s.
- Partners with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Operations and Recruiting teams.
Product Marketing:
- Develops effective messaging to convert inbound interest.
- Improves opportunity management and qualification processes.
- Executes monthly business reviews (MBR) on areas of improvement.
