Senior Backend Engineer, Experimentation

About the Role:

• As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Experimentation team, you will design and operate services that power a strategic product area.
• You will work at the intersection of large-scale systems, data science, and user experience to build a best-in-class experimentation platform.

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and APIs.
• Own backend components across their entire lifecycle, from discovery to maintenance.
• Collaborate with product, design, data science, and engineering teams to solve complex data-intensive problems.

Your Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend services in production.
• Strong programming in Go or similar languages and experience with distributed systems and data pipelines.
• Experience with experimentation or data-intensive products is a plus.
