Partnerships & Growth Manager, Vault Law

About the Role:

• Serve as Vault's point person with Big Law and midsize law firm prospects.
• Build relationships that bring new firms into the Vault survey and deepen engagement.
• Work remotely with regular travel to firm meetings, recruiting events, and industry conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and drive participation of Big Law and midsize firms in the Vault survey.
• Educate firms on the value of Vault rankings and support participation through annual releases.
• Open adjacent markets such as in-house legal departments and legal service providers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of legal recruiting experience or related legal career services.
• Strong understanding of the Big Law and midsize legal market dynamics.
