Community Lead

You’ll own community growth and experience across all ALG programs — Masterclass, Council, and open members. You’ll work directly with Jason (VP, GrowthX) and the broader GrowthX leadership team to shape how hundreds of operators learn, connect, and collaborate. You’ll blend brand, product, and program thinking to build a world-class operator community under the GrowthX umbrella. Responsibilities include designing the community system, running programs, managing the council, growing the network, tracking performance, collaborating cross-functionally and building infrastructure.
