Career TEAM is seeking skilled Talent Acquisition Specialists to play a key role in coordinating recruitment operations in the United States while also leading full-cycle recruitment of technical and software development talent within the Philippines. This night-shift position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, virtual environment, is highly proficient with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, and has a passion for streamlining processes and building exceptional teams. Gains a thorough understanding of the market sector and develops recruitment strategies. Utilizes innovative and creative approaches to recruitment. Ensures a constant applicant flow and keeps an active database for current and future positions. Ensures recruitment targets for program requirements are met. Screens resumes, conducts interviews, reference checks, and prepares employment offers. Serves as primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal clients. Organizes times and schedules for candidate interviews. Handle communications with a wide variety of candidates. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates. Collaborate with our Hiring Managers to determine position requirements for open vacancies. Create and post job ads on various job boards, hiring platforms, and forums. Help with the onboarding of new hires. Manages job postings internally and externally. Maintains confidential files and data integrity. Contributes to team and corporate projects intended to improve processes and procedures. Approach each day and task with a “ZAG” mindset. Assist with HR projects and other duties as requested or assigned.
