IT and Digital Systems Lead

What You Will Do:

• Own the full IT asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, ensuring licensing compliance and secure user access.
• Lead network infrastructure maintenance and upgrades, monitoring for 99.9% uptime and efficient field access.
• Serve as first line of technical support, manage incident logs, and provide monthly IT performance reports.

What You Have:

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience with strong network security, Google Workspace admin, and digital asset management skills.
• Inclusive user support experience across diverse stakeholders and impeccable communication tailored for a remote-first global organization.
• Preferred: BSc in Computer Science, SQL, Python, and familiarity with KoboToolbox and CommCare.
