Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT support, manage helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Manage IT onboarding and offboarding, asset management, and vendor coordination.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of IT support experience with end-user support and device lifecycle management.
  • Proven expertise in MDM, endpoint security, and IT asset management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently across US time zones.
