Responsibilities:

  • Lead coordination of bilateral international partnerships, including NOAA-DFO collaboration, and manage action-tracking frameworks.
  • Manage operational coordination across regional and national Coastal Acidification Networks, including quarterly assemblies and strategic blueprints.
  • Execute near-real-time data ingestion workflows and virtualization pipelines to minimize data latency.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Oceanography, Marine Science, or related field; 8+ years experience.
  • Deep familiarity with global ocean observing systems and acidification monitoring networks.
  • Strong technical writing ability and experience with federal data management standards.

Work Setting and Environment:

  • Remote position with travel up to 25% to NOAA Silver Spring Metro Center.
  • All work activities eligible for telework or remote performance.
  • Travel includes at-sea deployments and national/international coordination meetings.
