Own the Agile Targeting delivery plan, aligning work with customer commitments and BU priorities.
Lead sprint and release planning, manage tradeoffs across scope, schedule, and quality.
Track cross-team dependencies and escalate risks early.

Customer & Mission Engagement:

Support discovery with operators and translate needs into actionable product requirements.
Support customer demos, proposals, and executive briefings related to targeting-cycle capabilities.
Ensure customer and field feedback is quickly incorporated into delivery planning.

Engineering & Technical Partnership:

Partner with engineering leads on architecture, sensor integrations, and technical debt tradeoffs.
Participate in technical design reviews and make informed product and delivery tradeoffs.

Business & BU Support:

Keep BU leadership informed on execution readiness, delivery risk, and roadmap tradeoffs.
Partner across teams to align campaign execution with business priorities.
