Director of Community Growth

About the role:

• Own and grow CEA's Community Growth Team, uniting Events, Groups, Online, and Courses into one high-leverage engine for talent growth.
• Drive strategy and execution to scale the EA community, leveraging product and impact mindset.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape CEA's direction and build on existing momentum.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and develop a team of exceptional leaders, hiring, coaching, and setting priorities.
• Shape CEA's direction as part of the Leadership Team, coordinating across functions.
• Own the overall talent growth strategy, making investment decisions and driving results.
