As a Customer Integration Specialist, you play a vital role in validating new profiles, whether individual or corporate. You are comfortable with a high volume of KYC/KYB requests, have a keen eye for spotting anomalies or falsified documents, and are familiar with the regulatory issues related to integration. You are responsible for verifying submitted documents, ensuring that all criteria are met, and conducting preliminary investigations. You will collaborate closely with the Fraud and Compliance teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes to make them simpler, faster and more efficient.
