Job Description
The Director of Integration will play a critical role in shaping and executing integration strategies that drive the successful expansion of the business through M&A activity. This position requires close collaboration with senior executives across both the holding company and its operating companies, ensuring alignment on integration objectives, timelines, and value creation goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, operational rigor, and the ability to lead through influence in dynamic environments. This leader will be responsible for strategic goal setting and culture-building, business process alignment with the platform's operating rhythm, technology integration of a best-in-class software stack, and general support to portfolio company leaders to ensure a smooth post-close transition and pivot towards organic growth.
