What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain internal tools for viewing and managing accounts, members, and operational data
- Create and improve internal interfaces so teams can self-serve without engineering help
- Automate workflows across tools and systems to reduce manual work
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months):
- Internal tools that teams actually enjoy using
- Fewer ad hoc requests to product and engineering
- Reduced manual and repetitive work across the organization
What You Bring:
- 3–6+ years hands-on experience building and owning internal tools, automation workflows, or operational systems
- Experience with scripting, APIs, and workflow tooling
- Comfort with lightweight frontend or interface work
