Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily account management tasks for assigned personal insurance clients, including policy changes, renewals, and claims processing.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify their needs, develop new insurance opportunities, and close sales.
  • Utilize the agency management computer program to maintain accurate client records and policy information.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Property and Casualty Insurance License and have at least one year of personal lines insurance experience.
  • Requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Needs thorough knowledge of personal lines coverage and markets, along with experience using client management systems like AMS360 and proficiency in Excel and Word.
