Job Description
Portfolio & Backlog Management:
-Maintain a single pipeline of clinical transformation work.
-Prioritizing by impact and cost‑benefit.
-Leverage insights to guide decisions, track success metrics, and keep project artifacts and SOPs current.
Project Execution & Pilot Management:
-Lead end‑to-end planning, rollout, and evaluation of initiatives.
-Oversee pilots and guide successful scale‑up.
-Reinforce Virta values and a learning mindset, keeping clinicians connected to progress without reducing patient‑care time.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
-Align Coaching, Product, Analytics, and provider leaders on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
-Surface risks and unblock issues quickly.
-Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance quality, and reduce provider/nurse effort; craft clear communications and training assets for smooth adoption.
