Role Impact:

Own GTM analytics for a function, building visibility into performance metrics and powering strategic reviews.
Build AI-powered products like automated campaigns and intelligent routing to drive incremental business value.

Collaboration:

Report to the Director of GTM Analytics and work directly with the CRO or CMO and their leadership teams.
Partner with Analytics Engineers on technical execution and collaborate across the broader GTM organization.

Qualifications:

5-7+ years in analytics, strategy, or operations with experience shipping data products or AI systems.
Excellent numerical skills, with self-sufficiency and comfort working in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
Experience or interest in managing analysts and a plus for marketplace, AI software, or startup backgrounds.
