Client Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
-Take full responsibility for managing assigned client portfolio.

Contract Negotiations:
-Oversee the contract renewal process.
-Lead negotiations with company executives and trade credit insurance brokers.
-Provide expert consultations on trade credit insurance and risk management.
Customer Satisfaction:
-Maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
