As a Bilingual HR Support Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our employee services, providing support on HR-related topics and ensuring smooth internal operations. Your responsibilities include responding promptly to HR-related inquiries via phone and email, logging and managing queries using internal ticketing systems, providing information and clarification on HR policies, benefits, procedures, and more, maintaining high standards of service quality and confidentiality, and resolving queries effectively.
