Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of materials, production planning, or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
- Strong data analysis, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Desired: Supply planning experience, CPIM certification, lean mindset.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range $136,000-$181,000 annually plus performance bonus.
