Director of Partner Success

PHIL is seeking an experienced Director of Partner Success to lead the team managing the performance, retention, and growth of our most strategic pharmacy partnerships. This role combines people management with direct responsibility for key pharmacy partner outcomes, including financial performance, operational alignment, and long-term success. Reporting to the Senior Director of Partner Operations, you will serve as a strategic leader, cross-functional collaborator, and operational driver to help our partners thrive. Responsibilities include leading, developing, and scaling a team, driving alignment on partner strategy, managing executive-level relationships with partner organizations, and monitoring financial performance across accounts. You will also develop and execute partner retention strategies, identify opportunities for account expansion and oversee operational delivery across partner programs.
