About the Role:
- Lead Talent Acquisition function and own how we find, assess, and hire people.
- Report directly to Chief People Officer and partner with executive team.

What You'll Do:
- Build the Talent Acquisition Engine with enterprise strategy.
- Lead day-to-day operations: own quality of hire, build pipelines, use data and AI.
- Lead, coach and develop recruiting team.
What You Bring:
- 10-12+ years progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, fintech.
- Analytical, data-driven approach with strong business orientation.
