Customer Due Diligence Specialist

As a Customer Due Diligence Specialist, you will perform standard and enhanced due diligence reviews focusing on high-risk corporate customers. You'll execute ongoing monitoring of existing customers, conduct ad-hoc remediation projects, identify risks, and propose/implement controls. You'll also support peers to increase the team's capability. In the first 6 months, you'll master Pleo’s KYC processes, review risk cases, and ensure regulatory standards, all while building strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, KYC Support, Compliance, and Framework teams. You'll manage complex onboarding cases and provide detail-oriented support to the team.
