We’re seeking a Recruitment Coordinator focused on initial candidate screening and pipeline support for high-volume operations and support roles. You’ll conduct first-round interviews, evaluate fit, and ensure our recruiting engine is organized, data-driven, and always moving forward. You'll conduct phone or video screenings to assess communication and qualifications. You will also collaborate with recruiters to prioritize candidates and track progress. Keep job boards updated and ensure consistent applicant flow and maintain our ATS with accurate, audit-ready data. You'll suggest improvements to screening questions, templates, and workflows and support hiring managers with timely updates and documentation.
