Job Description
The Senior Research and Conflicts Analyst will be part of the Research & Intelligence team and responsible for delivering high-quality legal and market research services. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive conflicts reviews for mergers, lateral hires, and new business intake, following client-defined protocols and using their designated toolset. They will analyze search results, identify potential conflicts, escalate issues, and liaise with client conflicts teams. Additional tasks include performing corporate research using tools like Hoover’s and S&P Capital IQ, contributing to process improvement efforts, and monitoring research requests. 
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a Master’s in Librarianship or Information Science or a JD. Essential skills include knowledge of research resources like Westlaw and LexisNexis, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, ethical judgment, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
