Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide senior-level Agile and SAFe coaching and consultation across interdisciplinary VA health informatics teams.
- Support adoption of SAFe and Lean-Agile practices including PI planning, team ceremonies, and ART-level coordination.
- Help teams define, track, and communicate value delivery, performance metrics, and sprint outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification required.
- 7+ years leading Agile and SAFe implementations in medium-to-large organizations.
- Experience with JIRA, JIRA Align, and strong executive communication skills.
