Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and develop a team of Account Executives, set quotas, and drive a culture of high performance through coaching and pipeline reviews.
- Own revenue forecasting and attainment, define market strategy, and engage directly in strategic deals to accelerate closure and maintain pricing discipline.
- Serve as a senior executive presence with key industry stakeholders, represent the company at events, and cultivate strategic account and partner relationships.
- Collaborate with Technical Sales, Product, Marketing, and other teams to advance opportunities, provide market input, and ensure CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 5 years leading enterprise sales teams in electrical infrastructure, energy, or adjacent capital-intensive industries.
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams, managing complex 7-8 figure deals, and deep expertise in the Commercial and Industrial ecosystem.
- Technical depth in electrical infrastructure like transformers and switchgear, with an understanding of C&I power design, redundancy, and distribution topologies.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, strong pipeline management skills, excellent communication with executive presence, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
