QNXT Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program leadership and migration, including issue resolution for QNXT Claims workstream.
• Manage integrated planning and governance across operations, testing, data conversion, and cutover.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstream alignment for accurate claims adjudication and payment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field with 6+ years experience in health plan or managed care.
• Hands-on experience with QNXT or comparable core administrative platform required.
• Deep expertise in healthcare payer claims operations and lifecycle.
