Director, Business Process Analysis AI

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery conversations across corporate functions — Finance, Sales Ops, Procurement, HR — to surface where time and money are leaking.
• Map and re-engineer processes end-to-end from current-state to future-state with AI intervention points, then brief engineering with precise requirements.
• Maintain the opportunity backlog with status, ROI estimates, and hand-off readiness, translating improvements into measurable financial outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; background in managed service providers, cloud/IT services, or enterprise SaaS strongly preferred.
• Workflow re-engineering experience end-to-end in a professional context, with strong systems thinking and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated use of generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for real work, plus high EQ to earn trust with non-technical stakeholders.
