- Ensure people spend more time on work requiring judgment, empathy, creativity, and relationship building.
Business Architecture & Systems:
- Understand and redesign how work flows across Better Health for scale, optimizing the company as a system.
- Constantly ask if solutions solve the company problem or one team's problem and avoid creating silos.
Observability & Opportunity Prioritization:
- Build visibility and operating framework to consistently invest in highest-impact opportunities.
- Every initiative should have a clearly defined problem, measurable success metrics, expected business impact, implementation roadmap, and clear ROI hypothesis.
