Senior Project Manager US Operations

Accountabilities:

• Manage multiple large-scale projects or a portfolio of smaller initiatives, ensuring delivery milestones, scope, and quality expectations are consistently achieved.
• Partner with client delivery teams to translate requirements into project objectives, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and actionable delivery plans.
• Apply structured project management practices across scheduling, risk management, communications, and stakeholder engagement to improve transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience leading complex IT projects and programs, including 8+ years in a dedicated Project Manager role.
• Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and handover.
• Strong knowledge of PMO practices and project governance frameworks, including project charters, RAID logs, RACI models, schedules, and executive reporting.
