Legal Operations & Compliance Manager

The Legal Operations & Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in helping the Legal team perform at a high level. The person in this role will enhance and maintain the critical workstreams and infrastructure that enable Houzz’s Legal Team to accelerate the company’s continued growth and success, while also handling day-to-day tasks to support our attorneys. You will collaborate closely with other members of the Legal Team, cross-functional stakeholders, and external vendors to drive effective legal operations. You will also use your broad understanding of in-house legal department practices and client service orientation to support the company’s corporate compliance, dispute resolution, and privacy-related matters. In addition, you will manage legal processes, systems, and technology. You will also provide support for the privacy program as well as litigation and dispute resolution.
