Job Description
Primary tasks: Review and provide support for scheduled and unscheduled repairs, recommending proper maintenance intervals and repair procedures. Responsibilities involve reviewing proposals to ensure proper repair and maintenance services. It involves negotiating changes or corrections to order pricing.
Communication and Analysis: Analyzing clients’ business needs and repair orders to create and assess solutions, also contacting clients to provide recommendations. Identify opportunities and make recommendations to Groups and leadership across internal business lines.
Logistics and Field work: Field calls from drivers, evaluate specific needs to locate and suggest proper and cost effective service locations for clients, also ensure minimizing downtime and maintenance costs.
