Manager, QA Engineering

What you’ll do:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team to create a high-performing, psychologically safe environment.
• Define the QA team roadmap, quarterly OKRs, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive improvements in test automation and framework architecture.

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a Software Engineer in Test or QA Engineer, combined with people-management experience.
• Strong experience with UI and API test automation using tools like Cypress, Selenium, and JMeter.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
