Manager, QA Engineering

What you’ll do:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team, fostering a collaborative and psychologically safe environment.
• Define the QA team roadmap, quarterly OKRs, and project plans aligned with business objectives.
• Drive improvements to test automation, frameworks, and quality processes.

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a Software Engineer in Test or QA Engineer with people-management experience.
• Strong experience with UI and API test automation using tools like Cypress, Selenium, or JMeter.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
