About the Role:
- Founding Sales Engineer reporting to the CRO, building the pre-sales technical motion from zero with no legacy process.
- Define demo narrative, proof-of-value framework, objection handling, and hiring bar for future SE team.
What You'll Do:
- Design and document end-to-end pre-sales motion including demo structure, discovery framework, and technical objection handling.
- Build a repeatable demo environment with tailored use cases by agency size, line of business, and buyer persona.
- Establish feedback loop between pre-sales and product, and help define SE KPIs, pipeline coverage, and capacity planning.
What We're Looking For:
- 5 to 10 years experience in sales engineering or pre-sales in B2B SaaS, with a track record in high-volume high-quality environments.
- Experience building demo environments, playbooks, or proof-of-value frameworks.
- Strong product instincts and ability to explain complex platforms to non-technical buyers, with excellent consultative selling skills.
