Build and maintain competitive positioning and technical proof points that win complex deals.
Cultivate trust and credibility with prospects and customers.

Team Leadership:

Lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers across Early Stage, Growth, Commercial, and Enterprise segments.
Partner with the Global Center of Excellence and Enablement to accelerate ramp time and elevate team performance.
Attract, develop, and retain top technical talent.

Cross-Functional Partnership:

Be a true partner to the AMER GTM Leadership.
Partner with segment Sales and Account Management Directors.
Work closely with Product to surface field signal and influence roadmap priorities.
