- Optimize channel mix and budget allocation based on performance.

- Lead paid acquisition programs in collaboration with agency.
- Own strategy, execution, and performance tracking across platforms.
- Iterate on targeting and landing page performance to improve conversion.
MARKETING OPERATIONS:
- Ensure smooth lead routing, attribution, and reporting.
- Maintain and improve workflows and dashboards.
- Partner with Sales Ops to ensure data quality.
OUTBOUND CAMPAIGN SUPPORT:
- Collaborate with Sales and BDR teams to craft outbound messaging.
- Provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.
- Improve outreach performance through testing support.
