Job Description
The Customer Experience Manager plays a critical role in leading our Customer Experience team—driving day-to-day operations, people development, and high-impact initiatives that directly support our mission of ensuring patients receive the equipment and supplies they need. The Customer Experience Manager acts as a bridge between frontline support and internal teams, partnering across departments to resolve complex issues, improve processes, and scale support operations for growth.
Responsibilities include team leadership & development, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, customer and stakeholder empathy, program & project management, and additional responsibilities, as assigned. Models a culture of transparency, trust, and inclusion.
