Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with revenue cycle leaders to establish clear, achievable goals aligned with organizational priorities and strategic growth.
- Develop and maintain frameworks, tools, and reporting to track progress, performance, and strategic outcomes.
- Lead vendor negotiations, oversee contracts, and provide enterprise oversight for approximately 125 vendor partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in revenue cycle, healthcare operations, or performance-driven environment.
- At least 5 years leading enterprise-level initiatives involving strategic planning, vendor management, and financial decision-making.
Benefits:
- Base compensation of $86.75–$138.80 per hour with a 40-hour Monday–Friday schedule.
