Role Overview:
- Define and lead the enterprise vision and operating model for technology operations.
- Own the portfolio of operations technology, automation, and workflow transformation initiatives.
- Establish decision rights and accountability across Operations, Technology, Product, and vendor partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business strategy into enterprise capability, capacity, and delivery requirements.
- Sponsor workflow redesign and standardization before and alongside technology deployment.
- Maintain executive oversight of governance, continuity, risk, and third-party performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare revenue cycle or technology-enabled services.
- Demonstrated success in leading technology-led operational transformation with measurable outcomes.
