About the Role:
- Customer-facing Senior Consultant blending business analysis and hands-on configuration.
- Partners with stakeholders to translate objectives into requirements and implementation artifacts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and working sessions.
- Develop current and future state process flows to guide solution design.
- Configure enterprise software and coordinate with technical teams for successful delivery.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder facilitation.
- Experience with enterprise software configuration and process modeling.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
