Job Description
TAPI is entering an exciting new chapter as it prepares to continue as a standalone organization with a rapidly expanding CDMO business. The Director will build relationships with innovative companies to become the CDMO partner of choice for their development needs in both peptides and small molecule APIs. They will accelerate the growth of the CDMO business within TAPI by increasing the win rate on RFPs with both potential and existing customers, delivering an optimal customer experience tailored to this high-touch client base. The Director will identify new potential clients, develop and implement a territory plan, and increase TAPI’s brand awareness by attending industry trade shows and visiting customers. They will also work closely with the program management team to maximize proposal win rates and support strategic initiatives by providing market insights.
